Nestled amidst rolling hills, this idyllic spot is home to an abundance of walking and cycling routes. From here you can easily explore the scenic South West Coast Path, Ballard Down (1.5 miles), and Durlston Country Park (2 miles). Additionally, a heritage steam railway line connects to Corfe Castle (5.5 miles), where you can marvel at the ruins lovingly preserved by the National Trust. Within a 14-mile radius, a diverse range of attractions awaits, catering to all interests, including Monkey World, the historical marvels of The Tank Museum, RSPB Arne, the riverside town of Wareham, Tyneham village and the stunning beach and nature reserve at Studland.

Walking from the patio area and up three steps will bring you to the entrance of the property, which is attached to the owners’ home. The double patio doors open into the studio-style bedroom/lounge, where you can relax and watch your favourite shows on the TV or snuggle up after a day spent exploring. There is space for dining at the breakfast bar and a compact working area, should you need to stay connected. The galley-style kitchen is ideal for preparing light meals and has lots of storage space. A contemporary wet room completes the accommodation, which is set across one level once inside.

Stepping outside will bring you to your own patio area. A real sun trap, you can settle down with a good book or a sundowner at the table and chairs.
