The cottage is wonderfully situated, both to walk down to Poole Park and the shore, and to take day trips out to the beautiful local scenery.

Everything about this house is in very good order. From the way its decorated too all the amenities!! The parking is tight and if you have a very large vehicle ot would be difficult to park. The garden is a real suntrap and even when we stayed in early March we had chance to sit in some of the many seats in the sun after we cam back from our day. Very comfortable and cosy. Well provided with quality equipment and comfortable bed. Dogs loved it especially with the large safe garden. Very handy for Poole Park which is lovely. We used the car most days as it was a further walk to the quay and facilities realised. Parking was not easy, if you have a large car it's a narrow parking space and on Read moreroad parking was not available near to the property. Would recommend The Grasshopper for a good meal and drinks. A visit to Swanage was lovely Hide

Convenient location too poole Park and harbour. Town centre. Nice long garden with plenty of sitting area... There is a old right off way passage through the garden, didn't realise it at first.

This is a lovely comfortable cottage with parking in a great location. The garden is lovely to sit out in if weather is warm. We visited the Tank Museum, Shire Horse Centre, Nothe Fort and the Motor Museum which were all accessible. The Signals Museum at Blandford Forum is well worth a visit but you do need photo ID to get in. We also took a drive Read moreacross the New Forest. We had a great week at this cottage. Hide

Lovely, comfortable property, which was very welcoming. It was very well equipped and roomy. Beautiful bathroom. The garden was lovely, and great for our dog. The only downside was the steep staircase, which was not a problem for us, but would possibly be awkward for an elderly person or young children.

The cottage was very clean apart from the bath water did not drain away, but other than that spotless. The interior design of the cottage was very impressive, felt very comfortable. Parking was a bit of a squeeze if you have an SUV or larger vehicle, but manageable, as unable to park outside the property only permit holders.

The accomodation was clean and well presented with a gorgeous backgarden that our son loved exploring. The stairs are steep but to be expected with a terraced property. The road in front of the house can be quite busy with traffic and the windows are not double glazed so you can hear them in bed. The loving room and dining area have plenty of spaceRead more and we found the high chair and heated clothes horse very handy. Overall a lovely stay which was close enough to everything we needed.
