The property is perfectly located in popular Barton on Sea. With stunning views over the cliffs towards the Isle of Wight, this apartment is an ideal base for those looking to explore the South Coast and beyond. With Lymington just 7 miles away, a day on the Isle of Wight can easily be arranged. Closer to home, there are many coastal walks to enjoy, including the Solent Way which starts nearby at Milford on Sea. For history buffs, Highcliffe Castle, steeped in history, is 3 miles away and the historic Hurst Castle is 4 miles away.

The apartment lies on the first floor and is accessible via a flight of stairs from the ground floor. A welcoming entrance hall leads to all rooms, with the living/dining room featuring a cosy corner sofa, and dining table with chairs for two, plus plenty of books to read whilst unwinding after a busy day on the water. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for rustling up something hot whilst the wetsuits dry in the garage, and there is a separate shower room which is fully tiled. Finally, the bedroom features a king-size bed and wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, with views across the water towards the Isle of Wight.

The apartment offers the use of an allocated garage to the rear of the property, available to use for parking otherwise it can simply be used to store items such as bikes, canoes and surfboards.

Comfortable and ideally placed. Nice quiet area and very handy for getting to lots of locations in the region.

The property was excellent overall. The location was perfect for easy access to the seafront. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The downside was the stairs and the parking. The stairs to access the accommodation were very steep making the day of arrival and departure quite difficult. This was not helped by the shortage of parking places.

Good position. There are 19 steep steps up to the flat, not easy for us "oldies"

Excellent location with sea view. Lovely and clean. On the first floor. Appreciated the extra bits left for us.

Myself and son stayed here for 5 nights it was great little flat. Up a flight of stairs so not suitable for those with mobility challenges. Its right on the main street with a lovely view of the sea and 1 min walk to the sea front. We love to walk so walked the sea front, cliff tops, and new milton (30mins) even walked to Highcliffe! The flat was cRead morelean with everything we needed the landlord was close by and easily contactable, left us milk coffee and biscuits! Parking was outside great holiday Hide

Every thing was provided for a very comfortable stay. Nice and clean. Few stairs for those who are a bit restricted. Perfect for us with garage to store cycles. Lovely views over to IOW perfect spot for both beach holiday or discovering New Forest.
