Approached via a narrow no-through lane, this charming mid-terrace cottage has a private entrance door from the street, which leads into the welcoming lounge/diner. This inviting room immediately gives a hint of the age and character of this Grade II listed property. There is comfortable seating, a Smart TV and space to dine just opposite. Two steps leads up through a narrow doorway to the galley style kitchen area. Cleverly designed to make the most of the space, here you can enjoy making light meals or open up the stable door to the courtyard and let the fresh sea air in. The bathroom is accessed via the kitchen and has a compact bath with a shower over and a WC. Heading back through the lounge, you will come to the stairs leading to the first floor, home to a pretty single bedroom. A further steep cottage staircase rises into the eaves of the property, where a tranquil king-size bedroom completes the accommodation. Due to the age of the property, there are some uneven floors, a steep staircase, restricted head height between the lounge to the kitchen and beams, which only adds to its character and charm.
From the kitchen, the stable door leads into a courtyard area with furniture ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. Please note this area is open to the neighbouring property and a right of access runs beside the cottage.
