Tucked away the heart of bustling Christchurch, this stylish house has been lovingly presented in a contemporary style. It is the ideal base for those wanting amenities close at hand or as a touring base, as it sits within easy reach of both the popular sandy beaches at Southbourne and Mudeford and the scenic New Forest National Park. Within 15 miles you will find a wide range of attractions including the pretty towns of Lyndhurst and Lymington, Hengistbury Head, Beaulieu with its famous motor museum and historic Palace House, Highcliffe Castle, Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum, Moors Valley Country Park, Bournemouth Pavillion, the BIC, Tower Park and Kingston Lacy, which is in the care of the National Trust.

A shared drive gives access to the private entrance into this end of terrace property. Once inside you are met with a welcoming entrance hall with WC and the lounge on your left. This inviting room has comfortable seating, Smart TV and a decorative fireplace, making it the perfect place in which to relax after a day spent exploring. There is also a dining table to enjoy some food and drinks after a long day. The kitchen is just next door and has been newly fitted in 2022. Stairs rise to the first floor where you’ll find the bedrooms and the bathroom.

There is no outdoor space, however, green spaces are within easy reach of the property.

  • Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine
  • Smart TV available in the lounge
  • 1 off-road parking space available (please note due to restrictions vans/camper vans/motorhomes cannot park in the designated parking space - there are however several public car parks available, with the closest being 100 meters walk from the property).
  • Beach 2 miles, shops and pubs under a mile
  • Dogs are restricted to downstairs of property only
  • Arrival: 16:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The closure of the road back to the house on Mondays until after 4pm is the only downside.

Really lovely accommodation with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Fantastic central location with the added bonus of an allocated parking space. Great base if you want to explore Christchurch and the surrounding area.

Everything at The Cloisters was just perfect for our time in Christchurch. A really lovely and very comfortable house. Extremely well kitted out and so clean! Plenty of space for the 3 of us and our wee pooch. A lovely little house in a prime location. So peaceful and quiet yet literally a minute walk to the High Street. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook a full meal, the dishwasher was an added bonus. The rest of the house had everything you need and all in good working order. Overall a perfect holiday home from home.

Lovely and clean and in an amazing location. Easy walking distance to everything lovely Christchurch has to offer. Highly recommended. We had an issue with heating initially, but eventually sussed it out by carefully reading the owner's manual and resetting the boiler (top tip: always read the whole manual when you arrive!). Fantastic little place, very well equipped and decorated to a high standard, the bath is quite high and you just need to take care getting out of it, other than that the house is perfect. Very handy for the town centre with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. An ideal place for exploring the area.

Lovely, clean, comfortable and very well located for Christchurch, Bournemouth, the New Forest and beyond. We used this place as a base for all kinds of adventures. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped and WiFi was excellent. Only thing lacking was outside space, but the central location made up for it.

Ideal place to stay with a great selection of beaches and the New Forest just a short drive away. Excellent accommodation just 100 yds from the high street but so quiet and peaceful you would think you are in the countryside. Highly recommended.

Very well presented home. Good sized rooms. Bonus downstairs cloakroom. Close to the High Street for buses and shops etc. Easy walking around, 6-8 minutes to the historic Priory and another 3 minutes onto the boat trips/ferry around the harbour and Mudeford beach. Lots of little gems around the back lanes to discover.

This cottage is a very comfortable place to stay, well equipped with comfy beds & lounge! The location was excellent, shops, restaurants, pubs etc all within walking distance especially the lovely walk down by the river.
