The walk westwards leads to Durleston and extends onwards along a fabulous stretch of Purbeck coastline passing close to several traditional villages. Worth Matravers provides a pleasant place to stop with a traditional public house and its local Purbeck ciders.
A gated flight of steps leads up to the property with the light and airy accommodation being on two floors. Entering the first floor there is a kitchen with an electric hob and cooker, microwave and refrigerator with small freezer compartment, as well as a pleasant dining area. The large living area extends across the full width of the property boasting large windows which can be opened back to benefit from the sights and sounds of the sea just outside. This room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, chairs, TV/DVD. On this floor there is also a pleasant bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Stairs lead up to three attractive bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes - one of which has the added advantage of open sea views. The third bedroom is a pleasant bunk bedroom which also enjoys sea views.
