Lovely, well appointed, stable conversion in a good location for exploring Dorset, Devon, and Somerset. Friendly & helpful owners on hand for tips on places to visit. Very close to a busy lane, and a field away from a busy main road, so road noise to be aware of if you like windows open or to sit outside, but it didn't particularly disturb us. FYI Read morethe paddock for dogs was very small. A great base though, we'd happily go back sometime. Hide

Spotlessly clean cottage with all the essential amenities and in a central location to visit lots of places. Had a fab holiday and would highly recommend a visit to Burrow Farm Gardens and Bicton Botanical Gardens.

The cottage was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was ideal having the small area across the way for the dog.

A very well appointed cottage, with all the necessary equipment provided. Beds are especially comfortable and there is plenty of living space. The location gave easy access to the coasts of both east Devon and west Dorset as well as the inland AONBs. Local facilities are available in Axminster (5 minute drive) and fresh eggs are available from the Read morefarm gate opposite the cottage entrance. Hide
