Built with local Purbeck stone this attractive and cosy cottage enjoys fantastic rural views and is an ideal base for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the stunning Dorset countryside.

Set just half a mile from the breathtaking Lulworth Cove and Stair Hole in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this delightful cottage is perfect for exploring the Jurassic Coast. Nearby attractions include Lulworth Castle (2.5 miles), the Fossil Forest (0.5 miles) and the natural arch of Durdle Door (1.5 miles). There are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby including Ringstead Bay (11 miles), Kimmeridge Bay (8.5 miles) and Worbarrow Beach (3 miles). Heading inland you can visit the Tank Museum (6.5 miles) and Monkey World (6 miles), or discover Dorchester (13 miles) a popular market town famous for its links to Thomas Hardy. Heading east you could explore the ruins of Corfe Castle (10 miles) or the Hartland Moor Nature Reserve (10 miles).

Entering this pretty property you will find the first of two lounges. Featuring beams, an oak floor and a wood burner set in a beamed fireplace and Smart TV, this is a lovely space to relax in. There are also three sets of French doors leading to the garden. The second lounge is snug and has a selection of games and books as well as a Bluetooth wireless speaker. Exploring further, there’s a stylish kitchen/diner with French doors to the garden. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a family meal, and the attractive kitchen is fully equipped with a range oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The utility room houses the washing machine and a tumble dryer and an extra fridge/freezer can be found in the garage. The ground floor also features a separate WC. Going upstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms, all with reduced height in the eaves. There are two double rooms (one with a 5’ bed) each with an en-suite shower room with WC. There’s also a twin room and a study with room for a cot. You will also find a bathroom complete with a bath and WC.

Heading outside, the back garden is a lovely space to relax in with a paved terrace and outdoor furniture offering a delightful country view. A couple of steps lead up to the lawn. Parking is available for three cars: two on the gravelled area to the front of the property and one to the side.

Fabulous cottage in an amazing location with beautiful view of the church.Nearness to beach and Lulworth Cove was great . Fully equipped ,owners have thought of everything you would ever need. We managed a beautiful week weather wise and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Thank you .

We had a great week at Sea Holly. The cottage was really clean and well-equipped, with beautiful views across to the local church and surrounding countryside. Lulworth Cove just a 15-minute walk away and a good base to explore Dorset. Would definitely return.

This is a lovely house in a fantastic position. Much care has been taken to provide everything you might need. If you dont want to cook there are at least 4 very good places to eat within walking distance and several more that were fine. We would certainly go again.

Lovely holiday cottage in West Lulworth, extremely clean and comfortable and well appointed. Very peaceful with a beautiful view from the garden. Easy walking to SW Coastal Path. Two local shops for everyday needs and a good pint and food at local pub. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Lovely peaceful area.short walk to lulworh cove .nice coffee shops and ice cream shops .local shop 2mins walk from cottage but is very expensive.The weather was lovely during our visit.beds comfy,plenty of hot water powerful showers.We did have problems with the TV remote controls but that may have been just us oldies

Really lovely cottage, very well equiped, very spacious and very clean / modern. Just a short 5-10 minute walk down to the sea. Definitely worth a repeat booking.

Lovely holiday home. Spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated, well equipped and comfortable. Just a short walk away from Lulworth Cove and with a delightful outlook to the church and hills beyond.

Sea Holly is a lovely property, very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities that youd expect in a home from home. Nice outside space to sit out, with views over the hills. A great location too, with pub, restaurants, trails to walks and of course Lulworth Cove, all within easy walking distance.

Sea Holly is a perfect chance to stay in one of the countries most beautiful villages. The back of the house has a beautiful view across fields to the village church. Absolutely stunning property, location was amazing and central to the big attractions (Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Longleat, Lyme Regis etc) without being to close to the busier areas. Local amenities also very close by. Everything you could want to create a home from home experience while on holiday. Sea Holly was a very easy comfortable cottage to stay in and our little 3 year old loved it! Very well equipped and spacious. Garden was just the right size with lovely rural views. Great location - easy walk down to the Cove, excellent pub food at the Castle Inn and very well stocked local shop.
