Set out on foot to reach the village of Mosterton, just a five-minute walk away, which boasts a popular pub and village shop for stocking up on supplies. The small town of Beaminster is a few miles away and has a selection of shops and good places to eat, while the market town of Bridport with its popular farmers markets is ten miles away. A short car journey will bring you to the stunning Jurassic Coast, where wonderful cliff-top and beach walks can be enjoyed, from the well-known beaches of West Bay, Burton Bradstock and Lyme Regis to the famous Chesil Beach that stretches for eighteen miles. There are countryside walks nearby including the famous Parrett Trail with other walks and cycle paths passing close by the property. Light and bright throughout, this welcoming property is perfect for a romantic getaway for two.

Stepping into the delightful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, you can prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and washer/dryer. Dine at the small table and chairs nearby, which overlooks the garden beyond and after long days on foot, relaxing evenings can be enjoyed in the cosy lounge area, which has a TV/DVD and a cosy electric effect wood burner fire. The double bedroom is spacious and bright with elegant furniture and has an en-suite shower room.

Outside, the private, gravelled garden has been beautifully stocked with a wonderful range of flowers. This is a lovely, colourful space for enjoying a morning cup of coffee at the bistro style table and chairs. The shared driveway provides ample off-road parking.
