The cottage is located in a quite village, it is a good size and has a lovely Kitchen a hug bath and nice shower. However 6pm check in is very late, our expectation was high after seeing photos and reviews but sadly fell short on a few counts dirty handprints on bathroom walls, dog hair, lack of attention to finishes, uncomfortable sofas and beds Read moremade our stay far less enjoyable than it should have been. The cottage has such potential but needs a little more care & attention to detail Hide

We had a lovely stay in Drood Cottage, it was well equipped and comfortable. The village is beautiful with lots of great walks for our dog Buster. The village pub, The Crown is less than a five minute walk and is a very welcoming place.
