Located on the first floor of a modern building designed to reflect the area’s maritime history, the apartment offers an outstanding level of family-friendly accommodation with a host of amenities that will keep everyone occupied from books, films and games to a classic Nintendo games console. As soon as you enter the property via the communal staircase, you’ll appreciate the contemporary appeal of the architecture. A very comfortable apartment, well equipped and close to all the amenities West Bay has to offer including the caravan site indoor swimming pool (term time only). A few yards to the sea but no sea view.

Wendy, our support person, is very helpful and immediately dealt with our concern which was not of her making! She sent her helpful husband to fix and update us with external TV problems. This apartment is ideal for a holiday first choice destination as it is situated near the best part of Dorset West Bay. It is Clean, spacious, quite, beautiful views from large full size windows, fully equipped with all the utensils needed, secure modern apartment and very bright. highly recommended .. It's a lovely central location with a good size family living accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels. Cleanliness is not quite what it should be, and the twin bed mattresses need replacing as springs sticking through.

There were three of us, so the cottage would be fine for two adults and two children. Very useful general store opposite and fish and chip shop almost next door. Pleasant harbour to browse around, plenty of lovely sandy beaches in the area, and good pubs/ beachside restaurants. Great walks for the able bodied. Nice, spacious modern apartment. Very well equipped. Very well cared-for: the owners have clearly found an excellent caretaker! Comfortable beds. The weather was quite warm during our stay but visitors staying early or late in the year will no doubt find the underfloor heating luxurious. A really good base for exploring the Jurassic Coast.
